Wine sauce:
1. Saute fresh mushrooms, minced garlic and onion in melted butter until mushrooms are tender.
2. Stir in flour, occasionally stirring until blended.
3. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Stir in tomato paste, salt and white pepper.
5. Stir in dry red wine until well blended.
6. Simmer 20 minutes.
7. Meanwhile preheat grill.
8. Sprinkle top sirloin steaks with lemon pepper.
9. Grill sirloin steaks over direct heat 6-8 minutes per side. Turn only once.
10. Serve steaks with mushroom wine sauce.
